Rumblepaws Queens page:

The following Rumblepaws Queens are our current foundation queens. Health, type, and temperament come genetically from these beautiful Bengal girls. Resulting in our gorgeous babies born.

Flaming Ice Cassandra Cain (Aka: Cassie)

A very special thankyou goes out to Marina Kravchenko (Flaming Ice) for this wonderful charcoal girl! She is just a dream come true by way of charcoals and will only add to our program! She has gorgeous color and markings with a full cape going down her back. She has the most loving and super sweet a personality that anyone could ask for in a bengal. She constantly requests kisses by paws on chest and putting her face to your lips. Named by my daughter who is an avid DC super hero fan after Cassandra Cain. Cassandra Cain was introduced to the DC franchise when the mantle was passed down from Barbara Gordon for her to become the next Batgirl in the franchise. Cassie as we call her will eventually meet her superhero boyfriend Nightwing when she comes of age. To produce some beautiful fully caped super hero offspring.  Again a special thankyou to Marina for this wonderful cat and also use of some of her baby pics posted.

Rumblepaws Queen: Cruebengals Selina Kyle (charcoal female)1-DSC06990

Pk Def: N/K    Pra: N/N

A special thank you goes out to Jamie of Crue Bengals for this very special girl. She is a stunning charcoal female with a lot to offer our program. She will be a beautiful queen for our program. Born out of an Italian mother and Russian father she has the best most stunning straight profile I have seen. She also carries the gene for “double glitter” giving her the most shiniest of coats. My daughter decided to aptly name her after Selina Kyle from the DC comic superhero franchise. Cat woman did seem very appropriate. My daughter, an avid fan of DC comics felt the name was most fitting given her color, sweet looks combined with her playful stealthiness. A super sweet girl with alot of spunk and moxy. She just loves her human family and is always ready to jump on a lap no matter where you are, even if it’s the bathroom…lol.

Rumblepaws Queen: Rumblepaws Sassy pants (aka Sassafrass)1-DSC07282

Pk Def: N/N       Pra: N/N

Sassy pants got her name as a kitten due to her overly playful nature. As she grew older she turned into the most loving cuddle bug who always follows you everywhere and wants to be constantly held and cuddled. She has the most intense contrast and crystal clear background coat which simply make her very crisp markings just “pop”. Hard to describe unless you see her.  A very short tight pelt that feels like crushed velvet to the touch. She acts like a little baby kitten even though she is now full grown now and her meow sounds like a baby kitten as well. She is our sweet little princess.

The following Rumblepaws Queens listed below have since been retired. Most all but one are now residing in their loving forever homes with our closest friends and family members. They will always be our cherished family members and we have the opportunity to visit them quite often.

Queen: Rumblepaws Andromeda (aka Andie) :

*Pk def N/N (no copies) through parentage

Our Queen Andromeda is simply a stunning girl, no two ways about it. She has large inky jet black markings, a beautiful head, great profile, and very dominant facial markings. The camera seems to just love her and she loves to pose for her pics. A real glamour girl with a very ladylike personality behind her every move. She is a “girlie girl” for certain and acts every bit the part. If she were human she would be every bit pink ribbons and bows, with frilly dresses and lace, I’m certain she would insist on it. As a tribute to her beautiful mother Aurora Borealis she was named after the constellation Andromeda, and from greek mythology Andromeda was the beautiful daughter of Cassiopeia who was punished by Poseidon and chained to a rock only to be rescued by Perseus.

Rumblepaws Queen: TecSpots Artemis of Rumblepaws:

*Pk Deficiency N/N (no copies)

Pictures seem to say it all with this girl! She is simply put just beautiful and stunning to look at. And the one thing is…she knows it! A little affectionate prima donna who will strut her beauty and even look at herself in the mirror. She is a very sweet girl, and she too will solicit belly rubs when she can from everyone. Her colors are outstanding, with a very tight glittery pelt and very large doughnut and oblong shaped rosetting throughout her coat resulting in a very funky pattern on this girl. She has an ultra clear undercoat for background color with tons of glitter.

Queen Artemis will also hold conversations with you speaking Bengal telling you long lengthy complete stories of what went on in the house. A very chatty girl, and if she spoke English I’m certain she would make the best household snitch.. lol! A special thank you goes out to Teresa Caudell for our lovely Artemis she is quite the character.

Rumblepaws Queen: Rumblepaws Aurora Borealis (aka Aurora):

*HCM screened Oct.2013  (normal healthy heart)

*Pk Deficiency N/N (no copies)

A daddy’s girl for certain! She loves everyone here, but to queen Aurora, daddy is just plain out fun, fun, fun! She will play a constant game of “gotcha last” with him by running up tapping his foot, running three paces back spin around look him straight in the eye all the while with her mischevious head hung low and her butt wiggle high, trying to get dad to chase her. Very similar antics to a puppy.

She is a gorgeous female with a beautiful head, nice even flow to her markings, poofy whisker pads, a very tight short silky soft pelt, and a very thick tail from top to bottom. This girl has alot going for her in both looks and personality. She will even wag her tail like a dog when she sees you come home letting you distinctly know she’s missed you. Queen Aurora’s name is from the Northern lights which flash across the sky, she just seemed to have a certain sparkle when she was a baby that made her stand out to us.

Rumblepaws Queen: Leospride Coco Chanel of Rumblepaws

*Pk Deficiency N/N (no copies)

Coco is a gorgeous girl and very sweet natured. She is also the mother of our boy “Patriot”. We were lucky enough to be offered this beautiful girl from our friends at Apex Exotics when their family had to relocate to a new home in a different state. Our Queen Coco has a very short tight pelt, cool brown colors, very dark outlined rosettes, poofy whisker pads, huge nocturnal looking eyes, and a very sweet disposition.  Same as her son “Patriot”  she is simply a stunning bengal to behold. She has adjusted well to her new home and seems to love everyone here. We look forward to seeing the very consistent beautiful offspring that Coco has given in the past with Apex Exotics. She is now a cherished family member and we again thank Katie and Aaron for entrusting us with this lovely girl.

Should my Bengal be allowed outdoors?

Many new cat owners may think on the question of allowing their new addition to their family outdoors. Although it is beneficial to be able to allow your Bengal fresh air, sunshine, and a chance to hear the sounds of nature, it is not without its risks should they be allowed to free roam. I personally do not condone any Bengal to be allowed to free roam. If safety measures are in place and a means of containment such as a Catio, or enclosed play area this will keep your Bengal safe and also allow them to to be secure and enjoy the outdoors. Another means of safely allowing your Bengal outside is to harness train them at an early age. I personally recommend a Bengal “walking jacket” which I feel is more secure than a regular harness.  It is not uncommon if you choose to harness train that in the beginning for your kitten to try to wriggle free from what you put on them.  Until they get more use to wearing it over time which is why I feel the design of a walking jacket is much more secure during this initial training.

For those who still consider allowing their new kitties to free roam, I would like to give you a few things to think about and ponder that will hopefully give you pause in doing so and I will go over the risks here. Not only is your Bengal exposed to many larger outdoor predators which may view your kitty as a free meal, but they do not have the home field advantage in knowing the terrain, as well as the outdoor predators do. Escape routes or places to hide from being chased may become elusive for your kitty. And without knowing where to go there can be fatal risks.  They also are also exposed to the elements, and mother natures wrath should your kitty roam far and not find its way back.

It also should be noted that Bengal cats statistically are one of the top pure bred breeds to be stolen outdoors.  Because of their stunning markings and colors, and friendly nature they just may march right up to the first human that pulls their car over after spotting them and with hearing simply “Here kitty kitty” hop right in the vehicle and become someone else’s new pet.

Free roaming can also be detrimental for health risks. Should your kitty wind up going toe to toe with the neighborhood stray there are many feline diseases that can be contracted should a territorial fight ensue, along with physical harm coming to your pet.  Finally another reason to keep your kitty contained or harnessed is to protect the smaller wildlife such as birds, rabbits, squirrels, or other smaller animals that could become victim to your free roaming cat. It is only part of their dna to want to stalk, chase, and possible harm them should they spot these smaller animals outdoors.

Please keep your Bengal safe by having a containment/play area or harness train them. Never allow your kitty to free roam. It is much too dangerous to take this risk. Protect your beloved family member and keep them indoors if you do not have a containment area. There are plenty of window perches or window boxes that can be purchased online for your cat to enjoy the fresh air if you do not have a catio or play area. Protect your pet in keeping them safe by following these suggestions, that is the best way you can express your love for them.
